Exproof approved - S.N.E.A.(P) Patented Injecting de-emulsifiers, anti-froth agents, etc. into crude oil during the production process is of utmost importance. If accidentally interrupted, the following consequences are immediately felt : The absence of other additives (against corrosion, oxidation, bacteries, etc.) will, over a longer time, lead to catastrophic consequences for the installations. DETECTING AN INJECTION BREAK IS IMPERIOUS CHARACTERISTICS : - All stainless steel made. Weight 8,5 kg - Exproof approved. - Working feed pressure : 120 bars (over : consult us). - Easily connected to dosing pump outlet. - Working temperature : - Fastened by two M8 threaded holes. - According to the model and the viscosity of the product, the alarm can be set for a fixed delay from a few seconds to 30 minutes. - Alarm for feed from a few litres to several hundred litres per day. Contacts : P max 3W/3 VA - 100 V or 0.1 A. When ordering, indicate viscosity and feed at operating temperature.

Max Pressure : 20 bar This device allows the insertion - removal of corrosion coupons through a valve fixed at pressurized network taps without process stop. The coupons are weighed before and after their insertion during several days. From their original dimensions and their weight loss, the corrosion depth (in mm/year) can easily be calculated.
(Patented, ELF licence) FEATURES The probe is composed of a cylindrical drilled body connected to a pressure warning at one of its ends. At its other end, the cylinder is machined to be very thin and sealed by a metallic cap. The probe is mounted at right angle to the gas flow. When sand rises occur, they generate abrasion, then leakage at the thin part end, consequently, a warning of the pressure sensor. ADVANTAGES The previous probes were thick enough in order to be resistant to the network pressure. The SOFRASER probe is characterised by its high resistance to pressure despite its exernal thickness, thanks to an internal shoring ring. This thinness allows the fastest wear warning. For example, in gas production, the usual probes generate a warning for several sand tons, while the same result is obtained with a few kilograms when using SOFRASER equipment.
