Il est apparu \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 30 et s&#8217;utilise comme mat\u00e9riau isolant; de rev\u00eatement, d&#8217;adh\u00e9sif et de mati\u00e8re plastique solide. Le polyur\u00e9thane est produit sous diff\u00e9rentes formes : mousse souple et mousse r\u00e9ticul\u00e9e, \u00e9lastom\u00e8re ou encore rev\u00eatement. Il est en forte demande dans le monde entier et en particulier en Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la mesure de viscosit\u00e9 en ligne dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de distillation et d\u2019\u00e9vaporation du MDI\/TDI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les polyur\u00e9thanes sont produits par <strong>r\u00e9action d&#8217;un isocyanate<\/strong>; g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le TDI (diisocyanate de tolu\u00e8ne) ou le MDI (m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne diph\u00e9nyle diisocyanate) <strong>avec un polyol<\/strong> (\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ou propyl\u00e8ne glycol par exemple). Selon le produit fini attendu, des additifs ou autres ingr\u00e9dients sont incorpor\u00e9s pour obtenir la formulation souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours du processus de fabrication, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont pomp\u00e9es depuis leur r\u00e9servoir de stockage vers un r\u00e9acteur sous pression; o\u00f9 elles sont chauff\u00e9es et agit\u00e9es, en surveillant la pression et la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le MDI ou TDI \u00ab pur \u00bb<\/strong> est produit par la r\u00e9action d\u2019une diamine (MDA ou TDA), avec du phosg\u00e8ne. Les diisocyanates bruts sont ensuite fractionn\u00e9s dans une colonne de distillation pour produire des m\u00e9langes plus purs d&#8217;isom\u00e8res. Au bas de la colonne, un m\u00e9lange de MDI ou de TDI et de goudron est envoy\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9vaporation et de s\u00e9chage afin d&#8217;augmenter le rendement de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 de MDI\/TDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La viscosit\u00e9 est un param\u00e8tre crucial<\/strong> pour l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation du MDI\/TDI et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique dans d&#8217;autres cycles de la fabrication. <br><br>Un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la viscosit\u00e9 et de la temp\u00e9rature permet de suivre avec pr\u00e9cision la teneur en r\u00e9sidus de l&#8217;\u00e9vaporateur qui; \u00e0 son tour, donne des informations fiables sur le bon fonctionnement du processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019installation d\u2019un viscosim\u00e8tre MIVI permet<strong> d\u2019effectuer une mesure de viscosit\u00e9 directement sur le r\u00e9acteur ou sur un angle de canalisation<\/strong>; en sortie de l\u2019\u00e9vaporateur ou de la tour de distillation. Le viscosim\u00e8tre MIVI permet la surveillance du r\u00e9sidu afin de s\u2019assurer que suffisamment de produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9.
