PHYS Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u2019a tout fluide d\u2019opposer une r\u00e9sistance aux forces qui tendent \u00e0 d\u00e9placer les unes par rapport aux autres les particules qui le constituent.&nbsp; <em>Source : \u00a9 Hachette Livre, 1997<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">E<\/span>n ce domaine, les<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> <\/span><strong>liquides newtoniens<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> sont test\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d<\/span>&#8216;un<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> viscosim\u00e8tre capillaire. <\/span>L<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">a viscosit\u00e9 <\/span>s&#8217;<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">exprime en unit\u00e9s de viscosit\u00e9 cin\u00e9matique. La <\/span><strong>gravit\u00e9<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> <\/span>s&#8217;<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">utilis<\/span>e<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> comme force entra\u00eenant le liquide \u00e0 travers le capillaire.
